The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BO74FR is the proper fit for your 2018 Ford Raptor. I reached out to my contact in their tech department and he said that just the 2017 Raptor in the instructions you will only install 2 of the 4 bolts you removed when you took the skid plate off. He said the skid plate may hang slightly lower due to that, but it won't be an issue.
